As a life-long resident of the Capital Region, Katina grew up in Loudonville and raised her family nearby. She currently resides in Saratoga County. Katina has an intricate knowledge of the new construction residential industry in which she has worked for the past fifteen years. She works closely with new homebuyers, real estate agents, engineers, and bank lenders to ensure that each project is completed to the highest possible standard. In addition, she has vast experience with property management and real estate renovation.
